Rustic land with 1,560m² of total area, located by the sea, in a quiet area, between the Atalhada area and the city center of Lagoa (Nossa Senhora do Rosário), on the island of São Miguel, Azores.



As mentioned, the land is located by the sea, thus benefiting from an excellent view over the sea, confronts a recently requalified pedestrian path, and Canada das Eirinhas.



The land is divided and delimited with stone walls and has a mostly flat ground.

Anyone interested in building on this land, in order to take advantage of its characteristics and location, will have to submit the respective feasibility request for analysis by the City Council.
