Description
Large rustic land with 25,280sqm (18 Alqueires), located close to an urban area, in the north of the parish of Arrifes, municipality of Ponta Delgada;
It is a large land with flat ground, with some divisions in stone wall, currently destined for pasture/cultivation, with great view, to the south, over the city and the sea.

As the land does not face the main street, the access to the land is made through an existing path (Beco do Calote) that crosses the neighboring land.
